Please send your inspiration photos and any other details or images immediately after to pocagraphix@gmail.com with your order number as the subject. Failure to do so will prolong the design process.
 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE AN UPDATE?
You will be contacted AFTER the allotted turnaround time with your draft. You will ONLY be contacted within that time if we have any questions concerning your order.
 
PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR IDEAS IN DETAIL SO THE DESIGNER CAN DELIVER YOUR VISION. MINIMAL/VAGUE DETAILS WILL RESULT IN THE USE OF OUR OWN PROFESSIONAL CREATIVE PREFERENCE. 
 
You will receive 3-5 concepts to review for revisions. Including color, placement, and font preference.
